How to “Unlike” in the New Facebook Timeline

The new Facebook Timeline has presented many new challenges to users of Facebook Pages for business.  Among these is how to “unlike” a page after you’ve “liked” it.

You’ll recall in the current (old) Facebook Fan Page you had to look in the left hand column and click “unlike”. With the new Timeline it’s not as easy to find.

To “unlike” now you have to look just under the new Facebook Timeline header/cover on the right.  There you’ll see a little gearing looking icon with a down arrow next to it.  Just click on the down arrow and in the drop down you’ll see “unlike”.  Then just click it to dump the people you no longer like!

Here’s a snapshot to help illustrate:

Hope you enjoy the new Facebook Timeline.  If you haven’t converted yet, remember you only have till the 30th.  I’ve got a video tutorial for the new Facebook Timeline that will help.

Opening the doors to you Social Media and Internet Marketing success!
