Facebook Timeline Dimensions changing…AGAIN!
What does an aneurysm feel like? I don’t know about you about I’m really tired of all the Facebook Timeline Dimension changes. It seems they live to just to make us re-do work we’ve already done doesn’t it? Read through this article and you’ll find some other new information that will help you.
But first, I got notification last night that Facebook is changing the dimensions of the profile picture. And believe it or not THEY’RE MAKING IT LARGER!!

Here’s what they said:
“On April 26, we will be updating the size of the profile picture on all Pages. We are letting you know about this small change in advance so that you can update your profile picture on April 26. The new profile picture will be 160 x 160 pixels and will sit at 23 pixels from the left and210 pixels from the top of the Page.”

For most of us, this just may mean that what we’ve already designed will increase in size and we won’t have to do anything. But for those that designed their profile picture to interact with their Timeline Cover (header), it may mess up your ratios and you’ll have to re-do it. I guess for now we just wait and see. I’m also wondering how it will affect our thumbnails, which are teeny tiny! I’ll let you know.
You’ll still need to upload your profile pict at a min. 180px x 180x square. DON’T ASK! Why does Facebook do anything. Why change it at all is my question.
